Flo Rida Served Via Facebook | Pollstar

The New South Wales District Court, which last month ordered Flo Rida to pay $80,000 to promoters of the Fat As Butter festival, set a watershed legal precedent for Australia.

  • Lawyers for promoter Mothership Music complained they were unable serve him personally with papers in Melbourne when he performed at TV awards ceremony The Logies.

“His large entourage and security” prevented their process server from getting close enough to Flo Rida, Neville & Hourn principal Matthew Hourn said.

The Court decreed he could be served through his Facebook page.

A 55-year-old Minocqua man arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun at the head of a process server has been formally charged with second degree recklessly endangering another person’s safety and intentionally pointing a firearm at another person.
According to a criminal complaint filed late last week, a process server came to Keith G. Schultz’s Minocqua home April 18 to deliver court papers.
